Novus³ provides advisory services in the fields of capital expenditures, infrastructure capital investment plans, public sector budget and fiscal impact simulations through consulting services and their CP³ web application. Their clients include municipalities such as City of Tshwane, Stellenbosch and City of Joburg.
With staff comprising financial specialists, economists and data analysts, the Novus³ team was looking to expand their offering to include software development services. In 2018, they engaged our team to further push the capabilities of the services they provide. Since becoming a strategic vendor, we have helped stabilise and build reliability into Novus³’s flagship software application, CP³, and have also recently assisted with the migration of their CP³ application into the AWS cloud environment.
