Investec wanted to update their credit risk operations by streamlining the technology they used to manage credit default and arrears. They provided the business and functional specifications as well as high-level architecture, while we stepped in with a development team to complete the solution within 4 months. We delivered the solution on time and within initial budget, before moving onto subsequent phases. We then handed the solution over to an Investec team to operationally support.
