Rewardsco is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that provides contact centre services for large clients in the telcoms, finance and insurance spaces. They also provide logistics services including warehousing, fulfilment and end-to-end process management and reporting.
The team at Mondo, a division of Rewardsco, approached us to evaluate and propose options for rebuilding their customer sales portal in order to improve throughput, performance and scalability. They also needed direct content management capabilities for the sales portal. We designed, developed and implemented an AWS cloud solution for Mondo that makes use of serverless components and was tightly integrated into a number of third-party systems.
