Discovery Vitality is South Africa’s (and arguably the world’s) flagship loyalty programme. In 1997, Discovery introduced Vitality, the world’s first incentive-based wellness programme linked to insurance.
In 2015, Discovery Vitality asked us to provide 3 separate Agile software development teams to make enhancements to their existing operational and web systems. The teams consisted of experienced Java engineers, business and test analysts, and Scrum Masters.
