We are currently working with PwC to provide business analysis and development expertise that will help the Independent Electoral Commission of South Africa to enhance parts of the electoral management system. This has included compiling user requirements and providing user support to calls or issues logged with the helpdesk; creating design documents; and managing changes throughout the system development life cycle. We are also managing the migration of the system enhancements through the different environments that are used as part of the test plan.
