Europ Assistance SA was established in 1993 and is one of the most comprehensive assistance services providers in South Africa. Europ Assistance works with corporates, medical aid funds, banks, motor manufacturers, brokers, clubs, and employers to provide value added services, such as medical, travel, roadside and accident related assistance services to its members.
Europ Assistance appointed BBD to develop an outbound call centre management application with a real-time statistical dashboard and commissions calculation engine. This would give management a view of key information in the call centre that could help them increase sales activity, including sales numbers. The innovative solution had an easy-to-use UI and UX and became a key differentiator for the outbound call centres using it at the time of launch.
