With a solid commitment to the people who make our business possible, BBD recently achieved the Platinum Seal in the 2020 Deloitte’s Best Company Survey.
Deloitte’s survey aims to understand how employees perceive their workplace environment to help companies determine where they can improve, and what they should celebrate.
This year, BBD achieved an overall engagement score of 92.8%, an improvement of 19.9% on our 2018 results.
The survey measures high-level employee engagement in terms of 4 critical drivers: leadership, culture, experience and talent. These drivers are measured using a set of statements that participants respond to on a sliding agreement scale. This international best practice allows Deloitte to give strategic insights centered around each company’s staff opinion.
