Your managed services questions, answered

The base service covers essential “hygiene” and governance, including onboarding at no additional cost, standardised monitoring (CloudWatch, CloudTrail), IAM management, VPC maintenance, and budget reporting to ensure cost visibility.

Support is provided during General Business Hours (08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Support is both proactive and reactive, billed at the standard hourly rate.

Yes. While the base tier focuses on governance and monitoring, we offer optional enhancements such as incident response (retainer or ad-hoc), extended 24/7 support hours, and advanced security hardening.

Exclusions include application-level support, custom development, major disaster recovery execution, and significant architectural changes.

Pricing

Services are billed on a per-day rate starting from R580. Final pricing is subject to environment size, complexity, the number of accounts managed, and specific SLA requirements.

Assumptions

It is assumed the Client provides necessary access to cloud environments and that the environment adheres to supported cloud provider best practices. Third-party licenses must be provided by the Client.

Incident Response

Unless selected as an add-on, incident response is scoped and billed separately based on severity and effort.

Variable Services

Monitoring of client-specific add-on services outside the standard scope will be defined and priced based on specific implementation complexity.
