Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes across Europe, South Africa, and India.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Handle difficult stakeholders with resilience, tact, and influence.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse talent across multiple regions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in each geography.
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to streamline sourcing, screening, and communication.
- Conduct advanced talent searches on platforms such as LinkedIn and OfferZen, applying strong headhunting techniques to identify passive candidates.
Essential Requirements
- 3–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in multinational or cross-regional environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging executive leadership.
- Knowledge of regional hiring practices and cultural nuances in EU, South Africa, and India.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and digital platforms effectively in recruitment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
