Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Agile testing, actively contributing to cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of comprehensive software testing experience, with a deep knowledge of various test levels including functional, integration, and system testing.
- Proficient in applying test design techniques such as boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and exploratory testing.
- Well-versed in Agile Software Development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban), with a solid understanding of the role of QA in delivering high-quality software in iterative environments.
- Experienced in backend testing, especially with REST (or SOAP) web services, including API validation and integration scenarios.
- Practical knowledge of database systems and strong command of SQL for data setup and backend validation.
- Certified ISTQB Foundation Level and/or Agile Tester Extension Level.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in international teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and result interpretation capabilities, fostering proactive identification of quality issues.
- Demonstrates a proactive work ethic, taking initiative in test planning, execution, and continuous improvement activities.
- Nice to have: Practical experience in testing mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Nice to have: Hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and JUnit (or comparable toolsets), enabling efficient regression and functional test coverage.
