The role  

BBD is looking for a talent administrator to provide full admin support to talent acquisition specialists including: 

  • Managing, maintaining and updating candidate applications using ATS to full capacity  
  • Managing respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities 
  • Reaching out to BBD alumni 
  • Researching talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry 
  • Taking full ownership of updates on internal Talent Tracker with relative information together with the billing department to ensure accurate employee and client contract terms, extensions and terminations 
  • Ensuring consistent communication with talent acquisition specialist throughout the application process and to manage requirements and expectations accordingly 
  • Assisting with scheduling interviews for the respective hiring managers to ensure a positive client / candidate experience 
  • Communicating with the marketing team around recruitment marketing requirements  
  • Sharing new requirements with appropriate vendors  
  • Preparing, managing, storing and maintaining vendor agreements, ensuring SLAs are adhered to  
  • Managing the payment process in conjunction with the billing department for vendor invoicing 

Requirements:  

  • Minimum of 2 years previous work experience in a recruitment environment 
  • Ability to use various computer software and technologies, experience working with ATS systems beneficial 
  • Data-driven mindset with above average working knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision  
  • Understanding of software and consulting / contract environments  

Other qualifying criteria:  

  • Punctual, reliable and must have strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Display attention to detail and analytical thinking  
  • Ability to prioritise work and have excellent time management  
  • Ability to work in a highly pressurised and agile environment  
  • Ability to maintain a strong relationship with internal stakeholders
